Policy for Subscriptions MATTERS AB, 556988-9156.

Subscription is valid until further notice. This means that the product(s) are ordered and delivered for a certain period of time (normally 1 month) which is extended by the same period. A new product is sent out and cancellation must be made in writing via email before the charge is made. Please note that non-payment does not count as cancellation. You can always cancel your subscription and you never have any binding period. All cancellations are emailed to info@matters.se.

How do I proceed if I want to start subscribing to a product?
If you want to subscribe to a product, navigate to the product you want to subscribe to. Click on the option "Subscribe - Save & Get Free Shipping" and then click through to checkout. All subscriptions offer a % discount and free shipping. The discount rates vary depending on the product.

Payment
When paying with a bank/credit card online, your subscription is activated. You will immediately receive an order confirmation with information about your purchase as soon as we see that the payment has been received. When paying by bank/credit card, you agree that future payments for subscriptions will be automatically deducted from your card, information that you have received when signing up for the subscription. As a buyer, you are responsible for verifying the services and the amount that will be deducted. This information can be seen from your order confirmation. Payment is made at the beginning of each subscription period.

Cancellation
The subscription can be canceled immediately and has no binding period. Cancellations are sent to info@matters.se. Remember to always include your customer number.

Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your product.

Service notification about subscription
In connection with your relationship with MATTERS AB, e.g. when purchasing products, you will, to the extent necessary, receive information about this via email. This may apply to technical problems, payment or general service messages.
In addition to this, you will receive welcome messages for your purchases, newsletters and information about the benefits of being a subscriber. To end these mailings, you can unsubscribe in the email we send. You can of course also contact us at info@matters.se.

Changes and terms in prices
Matters AB, 556988-9156, reserves the right to change the terms and prices for the current subscription.
The current regular subscription price is always stated on our website, www.matters.se/www.matters.eu.com.

Changes in the price are informed via the website and the product within a reasonable time before the change. Normally, this happens 1-2 months before the change takes effect, starting with the next renewal of the subscription.

Processing of personal data
Personal data is treated confidentially and stored under secure conditions in accordance with applicable law.
